The Marketing Manager is a bright and ambitious individual who will help develop and execute strategic marketing plans. The Marketing Manager?s creativity, understanding of user behavior, and strong communication and writing skills will contribute to developing and maintaining a product that attracts and retains customers.
The ideal candidate will lead market research efforts to uncover the viability of current and existing products/services, manage the marketing automation stack and liaison with marketing agencies and other partners to grow the customer base. Required Skills Qualifications ? Experienced Marketing Manager ? You have worked for at least 5 years in Marketing and have a bachelor?s degree in a relevant field. ? Strategy, Execution and Management ? You have experience in App marketing strategies and execution of plans. You have managed and coordinated marketing and creative agencies and staff.
You have conducted market research and have served as a partner to finance and product development in determining the viability of potential markets before production with no business case or strategy prepared in advance. ? User Centered ? You have attention to detail and focus on simplicity. You always seek to make every customer interaction clear and frictionless as possible. You are well-versed in A/B and multivariate testing and can create marketing concepts and frameworks that let real-time users decide what best meets their communication needs. ? Go to Market Coordination ? You have worked with product development teams to manage new product messaging and launched go to market campaigns.
You have marketing automation tool experience and expertise. ? Campaign Maintenance ? You?ve managing media/marketing staff, external PR agencies and distribution channels for products. Ensuring effective, branded marketing communications including App, web, email, print communication, and advertising. ? Highly Analytical ? You have developed and implemented campaign tracking strategies and processes. You have analyzed the effectiveness of marketing efforts and acquisition campaigns and have determined their correlation to life-time consumer value. ? Creative ? You bring fresh ideas that work within and push the constraints of existing applications to maximize internal communication processes and the quality of the user experience. ? Organized and Detail Oriented ? You can keep track of several threads at once, without losing the details.
You notice edge cases, documented or otherwise, and proactively address them in your communication strategy. You are self-managing.
? Bachelor?s degree in relevant field. Master?s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field is a plus. ? 5 years of progressive marketing experience ? preferably in marketing, promotions, customer marketing, or brand management role. ? Excellent written and verbal communication skills. ? Extremely reliable, responsive, accountable. ? Strong business acumen. ? Expertise with analytics tools, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Project, Visio a plus. ? Strong understanding of customers, market dynamics, and requirements.
