MARKETING MANAGER, TECHNOLOGIST
You are a technologist. Part tech geek and part integrated marketing expert and you can straddle the fence between both worlds flawlessly. You are a master collaborator and a team player, with the skills to bridge gaps between departments that sometimes don't speak the same language. You'll be the crucial link between marketing, IT, and our third-party technology vendors. You must understand not only the practical applications of the marketing craft but the technology we now use to make it happen.
WHAT YOU'LL DO - RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collaborate with key stakeholders in creating a strategy and execution of scalable mobile marketing technology initiatives.
Capitalize on data and technology to fulfill organizational goals. You must also be able to gather business requirements to justify a technology offering.
Gather data from various digital systems and third-party data sources (Google, mobile, e-commerce, email, social media, SMS) and assemble them into intelligent insight.
Serve as super-user and product evangelist for a variety of digital tools
Strategy development and implementation of marketing and technology efforts
Change management, including the deployment of new marketing technology rollouts
Potentially overseeing training of marketing software and user adoption
Lead user acceptance testing while correcting any issues that arise
Relationship management with internal technology users and vendors
Monitoring marketing intelligence and providing actionable insight to clients or internal stakeholders
Working closely with IT developers or staff
WHAT YOU HAVE - QUALIFICATIONS:
3-5 years of relevant work experience
Experience managing projects from inception to completion, including managing to a timeline and budget.
Hand's on experience using marketing automation, CRM and database platforms
Working knowledge and experience with HTML/CSS development and SQL database reporting.
Knowledgeable on email best practices, technologies and trends.
Interpersonal savvy with outstanding communication skills required
Ability to build reports using automated reporting
Ability to work well in a team environment in occasionally stressful situations.
Effective organizing and prioritizing skills.
Highly motivated, proactive and detail oriented
You must have general expertise with a wide variety of marketing software, including:
Content management platforms
Customer relationship management platforms
Experience management software
Email marketing tools
Mobile marketing software
