MARKETING MANAGER, TECHNOLOGIST

You are a technologist. Part tech geek and part integrated marketing expert and you can straddle the fence between both worlds flawlessly. You are a master collaborator and a team player, with the skills to bridge gaps between departments that sometimes don't speak the same language. You'll be the crucial link between marketing, IT, and our third-party technology vendors. You must understand not only the practical applications of the marketing craft but the technology we now use to make it happen.

WHAT YOU'LL DO - RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders in creating a strategy and execution of scalable mobile marketing technology initiatives.

  • Capitalize on data and technology to fulfill organizational goals. You must also be able to gather business requirements to justify a technology offering.

  • Gather data from various digital systems and third-party data sources (Google, mobile, e-commerce, email, social media, SMS) and assemble them into intelligent insight.

  • Serve as super-user and product evangelist for a variety of digital tools

  • Strategy development and implementation of marketing and technology efforts

  • Change management, including the deployment of new marketing technology rollouts

  • Potentially overseeing training of marketing software and user adoption

  • Lead user acceptance testing while correcting any issues that arise

  • Relationship management with internal technology users and vendors

  • Monitoring marketing intelligence and providing actionable insight to clients or internal stakeholders

  • Working closely with IT developers or staff

WHAT YOU HAVE - QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience

  • Experience managing projects from inception to completion, including managing to a timeline and budget.

  • Hand's on experience using marketing automation, CRM and database platforms

  • Working knowledge and experience with HTML/CSS development and SQL database reporting.

  • Knowledgeable on email best practices, technologies and trends.

  • Interpersonal savvy with outstanding communication skills required

  • Ability to build reports using automated reporting

  • Ability to work well in a team environment in occasionally stressful situations.

  • Effective organizing and prioritizing skills.

  • Highly motivated, proactive and detail oriented

You must have general expertise with a wide variety of marketing software, including:

  • Content management platforms

  • Customer relationship management platforms

  • Experience management software

  • Email marketing tools

  • E-commerce

  • Mobile marketing software

Qualifications: * Proven ability to manage competing deadlines and work in a fast pace environment while maintaining high standards of communication * 2+ years in a marketing role * Demonstrable project management skills and experience from either professional or academic projects * Property management experience * YARDI and ENTRATA Property Management software.
