This is an in-office role in North York. Our client is a local, premier developer of multi-unit, residential communities. Their 20+ years of experience at the local and global level has allowed them to create a vision that provides refined, high quality homes.
Responsibilities and Duties:

- Assist, coordinate, and execute all marketing campaigns
- Assist and coordinate all external communications
- Assist in creating communication tactics with internal customers
- Liaise with external suppliers
- Plan, implement, and strategize corporate branding content
- Production and revision of promotional materials and marketing materials
- Maintenance and updating of company website
- Social media initiatives, participate in industry associations for industry standards and best practices
- Other duties that fall within the scope of marketing, sales, pricing.
- Relevant post-secondary education in marketing communications
- 3+ years’ recent marketing experience in a busy real estate industry environment
- Bilingual English and Mandarin or Cantonese- REQUIRED
- Full cycle marketing skills including outbound and inbound (offline and online) marketing expertise
- Experience with MS Office including PowerPoint, as well as Adobe and Photoshop/InDesign
- Highly effective communicator and listener, able to follow direction and influence progress
