Frore Systems, an innovative startup in Silicon Valley, CA has developed a new generation of disruptive solid-state active cooling solutions based on flexible micro electromechanical systems (MEMS). Frore Systems works with device manufacturers to unleash the performance of their products. AirJet’s compact size and unique capability enables the design and production of faster, quieter, thinner, lighter, vibration-free, dustproof and waterproof devices. We are in the unique position of being first to market with an innovative solution to a large and rapidly growing industry challenge.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced marketing manager (the exact level will be determined based on candidate’s knowledge and experience) with a strong technical marketing background. We are looking for a proactive and strategic storyteller, who can translate highly technical content into meaningful communication for a variety of audiences. You will play a critical role in telling our exciting story to the world via a wide array of channels.

You like variety and can adapt easily to changing priorities across a range of market segments – understanding how to create compelling use cases and value propositions, and comprehensive customer profiles. You have broad experience across a wide range of marketing competencies and are ready to jump in anywhere as needed to support a small but productive marketing team. Key Responsibilities:

Go to market: Gain a deep understanding of our products, our customers and our customers' end users. Develop collateral around personas, use cases and value propositions.

An expert storyteller, able to create compelling and meaningful communication with a wide variety of stakeholders in a range of market sectors. Develop thought leadership content and presentations. Develop digital strategy and identify and monitor associated metrics.

Content creation and messaging for a variety of target audiences and channels. Understand paid digital and develop and execute targeted campaigns, monitoring results and adjusting for top performance. Website management.

Development, marketing, and delivery of user webinars for related technical content. Trade Shows and Events: Identify the best events around the globe to reach our target audiences.

Support planning and logistics to drive success at each event. Market assessments: Understand competitive market landscape.

Monitor target markets size, growth and profitability to assist in market prioritization. Establish and communicate compelling value propositions for B2B customers in targeted market segments and for their B2C end product users. Account Based Marketing:

Gain a deep understanding of customer buying cycles and stakeholders and support Business Development in the identification and communication to stakeholders by buying decision maker roles. Manage timing and delivery of targeted messaging via strategic channels. Familiarity with Hubspot Marketing Hub use and management.

Bonus points for: Experience with digital marketing platforms and tools. Experience in Adobe Cloud Graphics programs.

Video storytelling. Qualifications: Education: BS/MS in Marketing, communications or related area with strong technical skills or BS/MS Engineering, with strong marketing skills. Experience: 10 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on B2B with complex buying cycles.

Experience in technical product marketing. Proven experience in digital strategy; ABM experience would be a plus. Technical Skills:

Strong proficiency in marketing. Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools including Hubspot Marketing Hub. Experience in developing and executing digital strategy.

Soft Skills:

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Base salary: $100K to $200K Depending on experience. Total compensation includes base salary and potential annual bonus and equity award. J-18808-Ljbffr
