Southtree and Legacyboxs mission is to reconnect people to the things that matter most by executing engaging marketing campaigns, validated by data. As a Marketing Manager at Southtree/Legacybox youll develop, implement, execute, and evaluate marketing plans. You will be responsible for growing existing marketing channels and developing new ones. Southtree/Legacybox is a fast-paced, dynamic work environment that is constantly evolving and changing, and we are looking to add a team member that is ready for the challenge.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deploy customer acquisition and retention marketing strategies, from ideation to execution
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on insights
  • Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, and assess against goals
  • Understand KPIs and their implications
  • Evaluate and optimize customer experience across multiple channels and touchpoints
  • Build and manage strategic relationships with key industry players, agencies and vendors
  • Stay current with latest trends and best practices of online marketing and measurement

Requirements

Background and Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field
  • 2-5 years of marketing experience
  • Experience with SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, display advertising, user funnels and landing page optimization
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (Google Analytics / Universal Analytics)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Campaign execution and project management experience

REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, orrelated field. * 3 years of professional marketing experiencerequired. * A strong bias toward execution and be a hands-onmanager with a sense of urgency. * Strong interpersonal skills relating to workingup and down the organization chart. * Understanding of digital, web and socialselling/marketing platforms. * Excellent communication skills. * Proven track record of delivering businessgrowth and understanding of the tactical application of modern marketing tools ina direct to end user durable goods market. * Proven experience building a results-drivenmarketing organization. * Experience with both distribution and B2Bmarketing and sales. * Experience with process and performancemanagement.
