Candidates must have 3+ years of brand marketing agency experience, reside in the Greater Phoenix Metro Area, and be legally authorized to work within the United States.

This is an in-office position within our North Phoenix office. It is not remote.

RYNO Strategic Solutions is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to work in our fun, fast-paced North Phoenix office!

As the Marketing Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping our brand strategy, creating impactful campaigns, and ensuring alignment with our market, clients, products, and business goals. We are looking for someone who can effectively analyze social trends, communicate data insights, and deliver a captivating brand story across our RYNO and To The Point social channels. Position Responsibilities

  • Execute RYNO marketing objectives as defined by the Chief Executive Officer and Creative Director
  • Manage social media content using best practices for creative, copywriting, trends, platforms, audience identification, and stakeholder feedback
  • Create and manage a high volume of engaging daily/weekly social media content across multiple platforms
  • Drive the growth of our organic social media presence across platforms
  • Interact with customers and promptly respond to direct messages
  • Oversee the RYNO website, ensuring it is up-to-date and collaborating with internal teams to deliver a fresh and engaging user experience
  • Manage the To The Point podcast process in collaboration with the Video Content Production team
  • Collaborate with the Video Content Production Team on internal and external projects
  • Prepare, publish, and verify content launches while maintaining asset security
  • Proactively brainstorm and implement emerging trends in the social space
  • Manage the social calendar for anniversaries, holidays, and events across owned and operated channels
  • Ensure consistent creation of marketing deliverables to drive brand awareness through cross-department collaboration
  • Manage external promotions, including newsletters, employer awards, and case studies
  • Actively participate in the Good Times Committee, contributing to a positive work culture.
  • Take ownership of marketing material designs and fulfillment, meeting requests from the Sales team
  • Organize and update shared team documents to support brand management
  • Manage company merchandise inventory and external promotional product orders/tracking
  • Introduce new branding ideas
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • 3+ years of agency or similar experience in digital marketing, marketing, or communications
  • Passion for digital and social media marketing
  • Proven experience in social media management
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
  • Basic A/V creative production experience

Preferred Skills

  • Collaborative with excellent professional communication skills across all levels from C-Suite to frontline employees
  • Strong knowledge of major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
  • Demonstrated social media management experience, including content creation and engagement
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing strategies
  • Understanding of social media analytics tools and leveraging insights for optimization
  • Attention to detail for accuracy and proofreading in written materials
  • Experience with email marketing platforms for newsletter and engagement tracking
  • Ability to analyze and effectively communicate marketing data
  • Adaptable interpersonal skills for in-person and remote working environments
  • Creative, enthusiastic, positive, and a team player
  • Solution-driven with logical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong sense of urgency and ability to respond effectively to inquiries or complaints
  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Experience with editing video and audio within social platforms
