Marketing Manager

We are looking for a person that embraces the fast-paced change that comes with Google and social media marketing. They should be able to handle large contract reviews and managing a budget that requires strong excel and communication skills. This is manly a project-based position and requires creativity, strategic thinking, attention to detail, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze real-time dashboards to speak to current metrics and generate reports.

• Create tools in sales automation from a customer service perspective.

• Optimize ROI in advertising and lead-generating avenues.

• Manage the creative and production functions of the marketing department, including generating graphic design content.

• Simultaneously manage multiple initiatives on current business as well as future strategy.

• Execute and streamline marketing operations workflow.

• Keep current on the business environment, competitors, customers, market trends, and implications to our brand.

• Lead efforts to effectively plan, schedule and execute email campaigns, and digital media on time and on budget through effective planning and implementation.

• Oversee marketing team members and external vendors to build/maintain social media presence and manage the brand; respond publicly to customer comments.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years experience in a Marketing role or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

• Must be located in St Louis, MO.

• Solid references that validate results and leadership abilities.

• Reliable transportation.

• Ability to travel as requested.

• Occasional pushing, pulling, lifting or carrying up to 20 lbs independently and safely

• Proficient with using a computer, particularly with Excel, Outlook, Adobe Creative Suite, software as services, and web-based research.
