A Marketing Manager (Real Estate) is also known as a real estate agent. In this position, you will guide clients through the process of buying and selling real estate. When selling a home, clients need the expertise of a Marketing Manager to help them prepare their home for sale and to price it competitively for their local real estate market. You will be responsible for suggesting marketing strategies to make your clients home stand out to home buyers. You will also help clients in the home purchasing process by showing them homes that fit their criteria.

Job Responsibilities

  • Create marketing strategies to help clients' homes sell quickly

  • Network with other Marketing Managers to get the word out about your home listings

  • Keep up-to-date on the local real estate market and be aware of current home listings and sales

  • Organize the creation of marketing materials advertising your services

  • Take clients on home tours to help them find a property that is a good fit

  • Communicate with all clients on a regular basis and answer all questions

  • Represent your clients during real estate negotiations

This BU is also home to our suite of direct and hybrid additive offerings. Headquartered in Cleveland, OH; AES employs 6000 people in 6 countries at 30 locations. AES is a business unit of Arconic (NYSE: ARNC). Arconic has an immediate need for a Labor Relations Manager in our Niles, OH facility. This role will provide significant opportunity to impact the Niles, OH Arconic facility by leading mission critical HR strategies and implementing employee relations approaches to help achieve the goals of the operation while administering, safeguarding, and training supervisors and managers on the labor agreement for this location. Major areas of focus include but are not limited to: * Partnering with the Department/Area Managers to achieve their strategic and tactical plans while developing and executing complementary people plans. * Providing overall leadership to key Human Resources related initiatives impacting the entire plant including deploying sound employee relations practices across the operation. This includes employment and labor law, industrial relations, community partnerships, union strategy, hourly employment practices and policy. Significant accountabilities include but are not limited to: * Apply rules in use to employee relations tactics and goals and frame relationship with union. * Act as the business partner with Department/Area Managers and advise on all employee relations matters. * Coach and teach on strategies and practices that will positively impact the business and positive change. * Foster/facilitate connections with local union representation, primary point of contact for all local labor issues and tactics. * Researches, gathers data and responds to union grievances. Meets with union officials at grievance meetings as the Company representative, documents discussions and submits written dispositions for review. * Serves as a team member on several committees in conjunction with the Union (example: Contracting Out & Apprenticeship program). * Responsible for managing the day-to-day activities in the Employment Office. * Frame employee relations through problem solving/learning organization tactics and drive solutions to root cause and eliminate waste. * Evaluate, manage and enhance location employee relations process. * In conjunction with the HR, conduct internal investigations of complaints and alleged violations of company policies, rules and standards of conduct and ethics when necessary, ensuring that all Company initiated investigations are conducted in a fair, thorough, and timely manner. Maintain Company confidentiality and sensitivity in all issues. * Consult with management at all levels, legal and state/federal agencies to enhance productivity, ensure compliance and minimize the potential for litigation, plus provide advice regarding aspects of employee relations activities that may not be defined within existing policies and procedures. * Proactively drive positive change which leads to a high performing organization. * Implement local hourly practices that enhance productivity and efficiency. * Deliver standard HR processes related to specific areas of focus including: salary planning, organizational design and coaching, workforce planning, staffing roles (job postings, interviewing, selection), training, etc. Qualifications Basic Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution; * Minimum 5 years Labor Relations experience; * Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position. * This position is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) which requires U.S. person status. ITAR defines U.S. person as an U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. 'Green Card Holder'), Political Asylee, or Refugee. Preferred Qualifications: * J.D. degree in Human Resources or Labor Relations or related discipline; * Significant and increasing labor relations experience and responsibilities in a manufacturing organization; * Labor relations experience having relationships with all levels of employees, management and union officials * 3+ years of Human Resources experience in a manufacturing environment; * 8+ years of labor relations experience; * Experience working in a large manufacturing organization; * Demonstrated leadership role and position within a plant.
