Your Talent
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field
2-4 years of experience across marketing and communications (PR/ Social/ Influencer/ Brand)
Experience working with cross-functional teams successfully, with a proven track record of launching partnerships and campaigns.
Passion for culture, the consumer, brand strategy and storytelling.
Demonstrated ability to execute projects on time and to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Excellent attention to detail and quality.
Organized with the ability to multi-task across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Position is based in Los Angeles and a hybrid work schedule, in office a minimum 3 full days a week.
Domestic & International travel required; up to 20%
The Hiring range base pay for this position is $62,700 - $87,140 + Bonus + Benefits

Your Mission
Bring to life the DNA of the FENTY x PUMA brand in fun, disruptive, innovative ways, keeping it consistent across all touchpoints and driving cross functional briefs and on-going feedback to tactical teams / regions
Manage robust timelines and workstreams while keeping cross functional stakeholders accountable.
Leverage cultural insights, trends, consumer, market, competitive, sales insights and marketing expertise to successfully execute brand marketing plans.
Lead cross-functional work to drive against briefs and manage positive working relationships with internal teams such as Product, Creative, Integrated Marketing, Tracking, Social etc. Also, work collaboratively with teams such as Regional Markets, Finance and Legal.
Tasks include: brief writing, marketing deck creation, cross functional creative reviews, change and calendar management, invoice management, campaign recaps, post-launch analysis, and agency management.
