This role will be responsible for the brand of OnScale. You will execute a PLG strategy that will disrupt an existing industry with an innovative new software product that has serious traction.
The ideal candidate lives and breathes digital and brand marketing and is looking for fast upward mobility in a startup atmosphere. They possess a strong bias for action and make proactive strategic decisions based on data. They are innovative, collaborative, and have expertise across the B2B marketing space. They approach campaign management holistically while understanding the value and limitations of each channel.
Role Outline
- Generate and execute paid and organic digital programs across email, social, search, display, streaming, and more to acquire and retain new OnScale Solve users
- Partner with relevant teams and stakeholders to strategize and execute multi-channel campaigns across markets and buying stages, monitor performance, and optimize investments to generate growth
- Execute detailed analyses of campaign effectiveness including segmentation, creative targeting, and cohort analysis
- Define and gather assets for all digital campaigns, execute A/B testing, programming, scheduling, and reporting.
- Coordinate with internal and external teams to drive Product-Lead Growth strategy.
- Maintain and strategize budget across channels in collaboration with team members and stakeholders
- Work with internal and external teams to optimize our marketing tech stack
- Manage and develop relevant vendor relationships and execute purchasing activities as needed
- Lead sourcing and implementation of new, primarily SaaS-based, marketing applications
- Support the creation and promotion of content that addresses the needs of our customers, enhances their experience, and generates growth for our brand
Requirements
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in a related field
- Strong written and oral business communication skills
- Experience working on email marketing campaigns using modern marketing automation software (Hubspot, MixPanel, or similar )
- 3+ years of direct paid digital marketing program management (social media, advertising, search, and SEO)
- 3+ years of website application management (Wordpress, HTML, CSS, and Javascript)
Who we're looking for
- Best case is that you are a world class marketer AND know a ton about CAD / CAE, but in lieu of that, we are looking for someone who can demonstrate their ability to market effectively in a complex environment with a steep learning curve.
- Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation creation skills
- Exemplary ability to think strategically and identify and resolve problems
- Ability to think creatively and contribute to messaging and creative concepts across campaigns
- Comfortable working across multiple simultaneous assignments and operating autonomously
- Strong analytical skills and agility to understand and communicate the relationship between marketing results and business outcomes
- Strong attention to detail with a collaborative nature
