Responsible for developing, evaluating, maintaining, and promoting the Mutual 1st Federal brand. Responsible for the development, coordination, and execution of the annual marketing plan.
Responsible for the preparation and management of the annual marketing budget. Oversees marketing communication including branding, public relations, advertising, digital, social media and other marketing channels. Manage and develop marketing staff by recruiting, training, coaching, directing, and appraising employees and their performance.

Champion the product development function to lead efforts to monitor, evaluate, and enhance existing products and services as well as recommend opportunities for the development and implementation of new products and services.
Build a scalable, repeatable member acquisition, onboarding, lead generation and member retention strategy. Lead the pursuit of member intelligence to identify member behavior insights in addition to market intelligence to identify socio-economic information that can lead to prospect targeting.
The strongest candidates will also have:
4+ years' experience in marketing, with at least 3 years experience in brand development and management and/or direct response marketing capacity. Proven experience in developing creative marketing materials, direct mail, email, online and social media advertising communications.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business or related discipline preferred
Proven ability to motivate, influence, and obtain cooperation from and with others
