Mosaic is looking for a Marketing Manager/Growth Hacker that manages both acquisition and engagement marketing. The acquisition side drives the strategic direction of digital marketing while optimizing online acquisition across all channels (AdWords, retargeting, capterra, app store, etc.).

You'll be working on small, tight-knit, multi-functional teams with engineers, designers, product managers, and the CEO during a once in a career startup learning and growth opportunity.

Responsibilities:

- Manage PPC/Ads: Google Ads, Capterra, Linkedin, etc.
- Manage Social media channels
- Manage SEO/SEM
- A/B testing, designing and executing to improve copy performance
- Track KPIs & improve your funnel
- Source leads, send great emails, deliver SQLs to sales
- Own customer reach out and email/in-app notifications engagement initiatives
- Analyzing and research to define the position within verticals
- Plan and execute all marketing initiatives
- Manage PR collateral, events, calls, and relationships
- Manage our in house creative team, outside PR agencies & content writers

Requirements

-3+ years SaaS marketing and growth experience
- Great writing skills
- Demonstrated experience and loves analytics and data-driven A/B test approaches to marketing

- Entrepreneurial, self-starter with a take ownership mentality;
- Strong sense of urgency and great time management skills to keep all of the balls in the air
- Ability to work independently and focus in a fast-paced startup environment
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills (oral and written)
- Comfortable presenting in front of groups and representing our company in client meetings with high-level executives

S/He will oversee the management, execution and performance optimization of Hudson Medical’s marketing strategy and programs. The Marketing Manager will work with team members to identify opportunities for Hudson Medical to scale our acquisition channels, lead lifecycle marketing, and drive revenue. S/he will be responsible for managing the marketing calendar, helping implement the marketing and communications initiatives to develop both Hudson Medical and Hudson Wellness’ audience and build customer retention. The ideal candidate is passionate about marketing and healthcare, is both creative and data-driven, and has ideally both marketing and healthcare industry experience motivating cross-functional teams to drive results. The candidate will have two direct reports (currently temp positions) and will report into the CMO as well as work closely with the management team.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Other duties may be assigned)</p> <ul> <li>Own the development and execution of the marketing and communication strategy of 2 locations and assist in the opening of a 3rd location, both working independently and with internal/external team members</li> <li>Develop and lead omni-channel go-to-market campaigns engage and attract new audiences and fuel customer acquisition</li> <li>Oversee the creation and implementation of brand identities and collateral, as well as support the issuance of Press Releases, Factsheets and Brochures</li> <li>Work with internal team and agencies to develop and run effective prospecting, re-marketing and nurturing campaigns (SEM, SEO, Display, Social Media, Email)</li> <li>Manage promotional calendars, and communicate marketing cadence to agencies and internal team members</li> <li>Work closely with developer and designer to implement website changes or new pages needed to support marketing initiatives and content refresh</li> <li>Track and compile competitive digital strategy insights and share with appropriate team members</li> <li>Create and update weekly campaign progress reports and recaps for internal use, aid in development of digital media benchmarks</li> <li>Identify, develop and manage strategic partnerships that help grow the businesses, this may include the development of on- and offline marketing materials and programs to support such partnerships</li> <li>Support influencer marketing initiatives</li> <li>Become day-to-day contact for vendors/agencies or internal parties specific to campaign/channel responsibilities</li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p>COMPETENCIES</p> <ul> <li>Passionate about health and wellness and improving lives of patients</li> <li>Minimum 5+ years digital marketing, medical or agency experience</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to work as part of a cross-functional team and willingness to take on responsibilities outside primary job description when necessary</li> <li>Extremely detail-oriented, with clear and proven organizational skills</li> <li>Strong attention to detail and ability to drive multiple, competing priorities simultaneously with minimal guidance</li> <li>Experience using an analytics tool such as Google Analytics, strong quantitative and analytical skills</li> <li>Excellent writing, speaking, and presentation skills</li> <li>Self-starter with positive attitude</li> <li>Expert with Excel and PowerPoint required</li> <li>Design skills a plus</li> </ul><p>EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION</p><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree, concentration in marketing and/or business administration preferred</li></ul><p>EXPECTATION OF STAFF</p><p>Adheres to company policy and procedures; performs duties as workload necessitates; maintains a positive and respectful attitude; communicates regularly with the director about department issues; demonstrate flexible and efficient time management and ability to prioritize workload; consistently reports to work on time prepared to perform duties of position; meets department productivity standards.</p><p>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS</p><p>While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to walk, stand, sit; use hands to handle objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; talk or hear.
