The Marketing Manager is responsible for coordinating and promoting marketing, advertising and communication related activities for internal and external customers. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years marketing experience with a New Home builder.

Update and maintain marketing materials, including the website and brochure inserts. Conduct monthly community visits to evaluate signage and support the sales team. Lead monthly community calls with marketing updates and campaign schedules.
Manage website updates with an outside agency to ensure accuracy. Coordinate with social media partner Chatterbuzz for monthly content approval. Provide assets for social media posts on various platforms.
Manage YouTube channels for MintoUSA and Latitude Margaritaville. Create on-site media content and work with videographers for community events. Track and reconcile marketing invoices against the budget.
Assist in coordinating community and offsite events, including sponsorships. Create and ensure accuracy of marketing and advertising materials. Coordinate the ordering of marketing collateral and promotional items.
Implement marketing strategies for company-wide projects. Organize marketing materials in storage facilities and maintain inventory. Support sales team with marketing collateral and updates interactive systems.
We would like you to have: Education : College Degree in Marketing or Related Field Experience : Minimum five (5) years of relevant work experience preferably in New Home Construction Skills, Knowledge and Abilities : Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint,, Google Workspace, Adobe, Photoshop and Canava Experience working in both a CMS and CRM platform Multitasking and projects Detailed focused Deadline oriented Creative and Innovative Managing relationships Good communication, written, verbal skills and listening skills Proven analytical, research and report writing skills Our future is better together.
