The primary function of the Marketing Manager is to manage the development and execution of business-focused marketing campaigns for Cross Country Healthcare's (CCH) brands in order to support development and growth within targeted healthcare facilities. This individual will seek progressive and innovative means to convey and promote the CCH value proposition and relevant thought leadership through traditional and digital marketing channels. In addition, the Manager will help the Sales team develop and promote sales collateral and represent the services offered to healthcare facilities online.

  • Develop and manage the implementation of strategic brand-building and results-driven marketing to generate awareness and new business leads for CCH brands

  • Support individual divisions with B2B marketing tactics to include traditional and digital approaches

  • Develop relevant and timely thought leadership and decision support content to increase the profile and visibility of CCH to business decision makers at healthcare facilities across the country

  • Coordinate the development and design of sales collateral, website content, direct marketing, social media and other marketing activities

  • Work with industry organizations and associations to develop and extend strategic partnerships and alliances

  • Develop and manage on-going campaigns to position/promote the various brands and serve as a source for quotes and data, to include articles and speaking engagements

  • Report on emerging healthcare and marketing trends

  • Provide project management and coordination for marketing initiatives and campaigns

  • Provide analysis of ROI, campaign results and online analytics

Required Skills

Required Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in related field with 5+ years of Marketing experience in staffing or professional services

  • Excellent knowledge of concepts, best practices and procedures within the traditional and digital marketing fields

  • Deep knowledge of standard and innovative concepts, practices and procedures within marketing and healthcare

  • Knowledge of web-based technologies, online marketing practices and social media strategies

Facilitates center donor recruitment and retention activities along with donor advertising and promotional campaigns. 1) Facilitates collection center and regional promotional materials in accordance to overall business vision and best practices opportunities. Partners daily with management and peers to accomplish goals including ongoing assessment of budget as relates to center liter production, donor repeatability, donor acceptance/rejection, conversion rates, cost structures, promotional campaigns and other identifiable metrics. 2) Develops, executes and implements national corporate marketing campaigns and growth strategies in conjunction with operational objectives. Works closely with Operations management to meet production goals. 3) Facilitates implementation of promotional materials including creation, timelines, training of internal stakeholders and managing promotional life cycle. 4) Evaluates effectiveness of marketing and advertising strategies including development of program success metrics, evaluation criteria, feedback mechanisms and Return on Investment analysis. 5) Works with external media agencies to develop and execute advertisements and analyze the effectiveness of targeted strategy campaign. Builds effective working relationships with key external customers, including thought leaders and patient advocacy groups. Oversees local media placements for all collection centers. 6) Directs all graphic designers and marketing teams on all production, creation and design of marketing materials. 7) Provides facilitation and strategic input for business development opportunities. 8) Coordinates center activities with public relations, community relations and corporate communications functions within company. Utilizes marketing assets including new donor recruitment resources, lapse donor recruitment resources, donor repeatability, donor loyalty and customer service materials. 9) Other job-related duties as assigned.
