Job Description Job Description Marketing Manager Job Overview: We are looking for a talented and results-driven Marketing Manager with 5-10 years of experience in diverse marketing functions.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in digital marketing, web analytics, design and development, and running promotional advertisements. You will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, enhancing brand presence, and driving growth through various digital channels. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that align with business objectives. Manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (social media, email, search engines, etc.). Oversee the design and development of marketing materials including websites, landing pages, and promotional content. Utilize web analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.) to track, analyze, and report on campaign performance.

Plan and execute targeted promotional campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention. Coordinate cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and web development, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts. Ensure all marketing campaigns and strategies are aligned with the company’s brand identity and messaging.

Optimize website performance and user experience through A/B testing and data-driven insights. Conduct competitor research and market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and gaps. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing initiatives and suggest improvements.

Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively for maximum return on investment (ROI). Keep up to date with the latest trends in digital marketing, advertising technologies, and best practices. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 5-10 years of proven experience in a marketing role, with a strong focus on digital marketing and campaign management. Hands-on experience with web analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.) and SEO/SEM tools.

Proficiency in running and optimizing paid promotional ads (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.). Strong understanding of website design and development processes. Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress, Shopify, or similar platforms. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.). Creative mindset with the ability to translate ideas into impactful campaigns. Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving.

Preferred Skills: Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field. Certification in digital marketing (Google Ads, HubSpot, Facebook Blueprint, etc.). Knowledge of UX/UI design principles.
