As the Marketing Manager at The LUX Group, you will manage our marketing initiatives, focusing on brand building and advertising campaigns that resonate with our target market. You will play a key role in enhancing our brand’s presence both online and offline, engaging with the community, and staying at the forefront of the hospitality industry.

You will help drive innovative campaigns that elevate our brand, foster customer loyalty, and support our business goals. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and manage marketing strategies to strengthen our brand’s presence in the hospitality market. Plan and execute advertising campaigns, collaborating with various departments to ensure consistency with brand strategy.

Engage in community events and activities that align with our brand values to increase our market presence. Stay informed about trends in the hospitality industry to tailor marketing efforts to our niche market. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, public relations, and operations, to develop cohesive marketing strategies.

Assist in managing the marketing budget to ensure resources are used efficiently and generate a strong return on investment. Analyze and report on the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies, using data to inform future efforts. Explore new trends and technologies in marketing, bringing fresh approaches to our campaigns.

Build relationships with industry professionals, agencies, media, and potential partners to enhance marketing opportunities. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field. Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within the hospitality industry.

Demonstrable experience in developing marketing strategies and business plans (branding, product promotion, etc.). Strong understanding of market research and data analysis methods. Creativity and an eye for design in developing promotional concepts and marketing materials. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining sharp attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
