Marketing Manager

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Marketing Manager to join our client's team in Austin, TX. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of marketing experience in the architecture, engineering, or construction industry and proven experience managing a marketing team.

Responsibilities: Oversee and manage marketing operations, ensuring alignment with company goals. Lead the execution and management of RFPs/RFQs. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies.

Manage CRM systems to maintain and enhance customer relationships. Coordinate and manage events, ensuring successful execution. Handle vendor management, ensuring effective partnerships.

Oversee campaign and content management, ensuring brand consistency. Conduct market research to inform marketing strategies and decisions. Position the brand effectively in the market to enhance visibility and reputation.

Requirements: Minimum of 4 years of marketing experience. Prior experience in the Architecture, Engineering, or Construction industry is essential. Proven experience in leading and managing a marketing team.

Expertise in handling RFPs/RFQs, developing marketing strategies, and managing CRM systems. Proficiency in marketing operations and strategy development. Event and vendor management skills.

Expertise in campaign and content management. Strong brand positioning and market research capabilities. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Monday.com, and Microsoft are highly preferred.
