Your Role at KIK

The Marketing Manager, Pro Brands opportunity in our Pool Division will be responsible for executing Strategic Marketing and Product Management initiatives within the Independent Pool Dealer and Distributor channels of trade. Primary responsibilities will be managing the BioGuard brand Co-op Marketing Program, overseeing trade advertising initiatives across l the Pro channel, execution of annual marketing calendars, product portfolio management, and providing analytical insights that lead to wins. This position will also entail customer-facing interaction with pro dealers and distributors at trade events throughout North America.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Own the BioGuard brand Co-op Marketing Program; manage key agency relationships to support the flawless execution of the BioGuard brand Co-op Marketing campaigns targeting pool and spa owners at a local level

  • Manage Key Independent Pool Dealer Relationships and programs; assist with marketing campaigns that drive incremental profitability for BioGuard dealers and enable dealers to push innovative products at retail

  • Manage key NC Brands Distribution and Dealer relationships to promote brand loyalty, always striving to increase consumer and dealer adoption of specialty technologies.

  • Oversee all advertising initiatives for pro brands, including trade media and customer program deliverables.

  • Assist in the analysis of product portfolio productivity and profitability across independent Pool Dealer and Distributor Brands; informing the business with fact-based recommendations to drive P&L growth across the portfolio.

  • Translate Industry Insights, trend data, and the voice of the customer actionable plans that create value-add versus competition and effectively communicate product advantages to consumers

  • Support the execution for industry Tradeshows and Dealer Education Events; this will include brand and product communications, logistics and promotional giveaways.

  • Partner with internal stakeholders across Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Regulatory and Marketing Communications to achieve all operational targets.

  • Be a thought leader for the B2B business marketing strategies and execution, successfully influencing executives to invest in your proposals to win.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related business discipline required

  • 3 or more years of Marketing or Product Management experience in a B2B or CPG environment

  • Experience and Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of Products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

  • Drive for Results: Track record of delivering business results and winning vs the competition, across a brand or category, consistently exceeding goals.

  • Data and Customer focused: Illustrates taking a fact-based data driven approach to decision making, creative thinking, and problem solving that delivers wins to the business.

  • Entrepreneurial: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Have a strong sense of urgency, are self-motivated and organized, and can work effectively under pressure. You can prioritize efforts, optimize resources, and meet tight deadlines across complex projects, while demonstrating a detailed understanding of the customers and the businesses objectives.   • Product Management: Demonstrated knowledge of strategy development, market analysis, project management, as well as packaging, promotions, and pricing.

  • Digital Marketing: Proven experience in executing digital marketing campaigns that beat campaign KPIs. Experience with SEO/SEM, Email Marketing, Display Advertising, and other new media opportunities.
