JLL is currently seeking a Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team in Houston. Primarily responsible for creating and executing integrated property marketing plans in support of our entire Agency Leasing portfolio. Candidates must have strong customer service skills, knowledge of print and digital graphic design and a strong sense of typography. A background in commercial real estate property marketing is highly preferred for this position.
Develop strategies that drive leasing activity for our exclusive agency assignments.
Track campaign results and effectiveness.
Collaborate with teammates to suggest mediums and tools that will be the best solution for a need. Be prepared to create comps for supervisors, stakeholders and teammates.
Create custom-branded property marketing materials including, but not limited to: property identities, collateral, websites, html emails, videos, promotional items, infographics and other elements when appropriate.
Create experiential events and marketing displays highlighting property features and/or site specific opportunities
Determine production of materials including gathering printing bids, packaging artwork and assembling final layouts for printers, preparing notes and instructions for printers and other vendors for fulfillment.
Be a brand champion by strictly adhering to our standards and creating designs modeled in other markets and businesses.
Keep organized and complete source files and be ready to share internally.
Keep up-to-date knowledge of current design methodologies and B2B marketing trends as well as in social media.
Assist with special projects as needed.
Responsibilities - specific to Business Development:
Partner with front-line Agency Leasing sales professionals to create and execute new business pitches.
Partner with Agency Leasing and Marketing team members to produce creative, differentiating sales and property marketing materials.
Execute design and production tasks ranging from simple document edits to email blasts, creating images and content for web and development of sales collateral material.
Create and produce direct mail and sales collateral.
Develop and maintain proposal and pitch / presentation library, including but not limited to baseline language, business analytics, case studies and resumes.

7+ years of design experience and a Bachelor's Degree in Graphic/Digital Design.
Strong creative vision and visual arts skills with an established portfolio of B2B print and digital marketing collateral.
Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite with emphasis on InDesign and Illustrator and Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of interactive and digital design development.
Knowledge of email marketing and marketing automation tools such as Eloqua
Detail oriented, well organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated experience with high-end graphics, marketing or production environment and/or real estate background a plus.
Ability to work independently and under deadline pressure on several projects simultaneously.
Team-oriented attitude and ability to contribute to design- and functionality-related marketing decisions.
Flexibility to work last minute and after hours as needed.
Outstanding customer service skills.
