Marketing Manager/Graphic Designer
The position being offered is a part-time (20 hours/week), temporary role (6 months). We are looking for Marketing professional to support the National Agency Leasing Team for the Hawaii region. This position will be responsible for creating new materials, and updating existing marketing materials for retail, office, industrial and multi-family properties.
Duties performed may include a broad range of complex tasks and special projects; one-sheeter, brochures, fact sheets, as well as one-off client specific pieces are examples of the types of materials required. This position requires a professional who can prioritize projects to meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
GRAPHIC DESIGN/CLIENT MARKETING
Serve as an information resource to team by conducting research, assembling data, and performing special projects as needed
Create new marketing pieces, including updating existing materials
Generate market surveys, aerials, location and amenity maps, spreadsheets, client correspondence, e-blast marketing communications, and other team deliverables
Design and submit presentations and proposals
Maintain and update internal databases, client/prospect databases, intranet/extranet sites for client and property purposes
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
Four (4) year degree or equivalent marketing/design experience
Minimum 2-3 years marketing/graphic design experience preferably in commercial real estate, inclusive of support functions, and client interaction
Proficient in the following Adobe programs: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Strong ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced work environment
Excellent follow-through and high attention to detail
Advanced working knowledge of InDesign and other Adobe Creative Suite programs preferred
Technologically savvy with adaptability and proficiency in learning new software and JLL's in- house platforms
Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and organizational skills
Flexible and highly motivated, with a willingness to take initiative and work independently
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with teammates and clients
Ability to develop effective and constructive solutions to challenges and obstacles with an ability to complete projects on time

Estimated compensation for this position is:
46,800.00 - 46,800.00 USD per year
The pay range listed is a total compensation range including bonus, if applicable. The provided range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data.
