The Marketing Manager is responsible for the development and implementation of marketing initiatives that create demand for our products. They will manage marketing materials, asset creation, social media, brand presence, and PR across multiple distribution channels for the company.
They will provide leadership to their team to ensure that all marketing objectives are executed in line with the overall vision of the company.
Budget, Plan, and Execute the marketing objectives of the company
Mange entire marketing team to include creative development, asset creation, and marketing communications
Strategize and measure marketing programs for effectiveness
Strategize with sales leadership on trade show initiatives, branding goals, and overall strategy
Ensure department work flow processes are optimized
Give final approval for press releases, literature, and any brand messaging going to printer or on the web
Supervises, develops, provides leadership and on-going feedback to marketing team members.
Develops, manages and reports on marketing budget, timelines and goals.
