We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team at a high-performing organization. The primary focus of this role is aggressive new patient acquisition, leveraging innovative marketing strategies and campaigns to drive growth and expand our patient base. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in digital marketing, demonstrate a proven track record of success in customer acquisition, and thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Vision: Implement a comprehensive marketing strategy focused on aggressive new patient acquisition. Integrate digital and traditional marketing channels to maximize reach and engagement.
Campaign Management: Execute highly effective marketing campaigns for new patient acquisition. Utilize SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet and exceed objectives.
Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify target demographics, understand their needs and preferences, and tailor marketing approaches to effectively attract new patients.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing strategies align with organizational goals and optimize the patient journey from initial engagement to conversion.
Performance Analytics: Use data analytics to track and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies in real-time. Leverage insights to optimize campaign performance and ROI. Prepare and present reports on marketing metrics, including leads generated, conversion rates, and patient acquisition costs.
Brand Management: Ensure all marketing activities align with our brand identity and values. Enhance our reputation and establish our organization as a leader in healthcare.
Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest marketing trends and technologies. Continuously seek innovative approaches and tools to enhance marketing efforts and drive efficient patient acquisition.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing is required. A Master's degree or relevant professional certification in Digital Marketing, or Project Management (such as PMP) is highly advantageous.
At least 5 years of experience in marketing, with significant emphasis on direct-to-consumer digital marketing and strategy in dynamic and competitive industries. Prior experience in healthcare marketing is a plus but not mandatory.
Demonstrated success as a Marketing Manager, specifically in developing and implementing effective DTC digital marketing strategies and campaigns across various online platforms. Proven experience in managing digital marketing projects, including timeline management, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication.
Expert knowledge of the latest online marketing trends, techniques, and channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and digital advertising. Proven ability to adapt strategies to meet evolving consumer needs and market dynamics.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively negotiate and influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Strong project management and organizational skills, capable of leading multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
High proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms, as well as project management software. A keen analytical mindset capable of translating data into actionable insights and strategies.
A creative and strategic thinker with the agility to lead both strategy formulation and hands-on execution, driving tangible results in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Information:

Full Time, Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week
Hybrid Schedule- In Office/Remote
Salary- $70,000-$85,000 per year
