Primary Job Responsibilities

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for some strategic and all tactical duties related to maintaining and improving Grand Peaks' marketing platform. The position requires strong experience and a deep understanding of digital marketing and digital production:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Partner with Marketing Director to maintain and improve Grand Peaks marketing platform and online presence, including but not limited to website, listing services, SEO, SEM, email marketing and social media.

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and search and display advertising campaigns.

  • Maintain social media presence for 38+ communities, including develop monthly content calendars, content templates and posting with CTAs to generate leads and engage existing residents.

  • Draft fresh content for website, blogs, and email campaigns and disseminate accordingly.

  • Create and maintain easy-to-use templates for on-site teams to utilize, such as flyers, brochures, invitations, prospect or resident communications, property signs, etc.

  • Manage website and Internet Listing Service (ILS) updates as needed.

  • Prepare monthly and annual reports and analytics on the overall performance of various marketing campaigns, including web metrics and digital and social analytics to monitor site traffic.

  • Research and implement new marketing, digital and social trends, including but not limited to appropriate ad placement and strategies, and content trends.

  • Collaborate with Marketing Director, Regional Managers and other internal departments to brainstorm new and creative growth strategies and marketing techniques.

  • Perform other marketing duties, including but not limited to, maintain overall marketing calendar, ordering collateral and promotional items, website/ILS/social channels logins

Specific Job Requirements:

Reports to: Director, Marketing

Work Hours: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.

  • Proven digital marketing experience (SEO and SEM, social media, listing services)
  • Ability to work within a fast-paced environment

Equipment Used: Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Qualifications:

  • Graduated with 4-year degree with focus on Marketing, Journalism or IT from a reputable university.

  • Corporate Marketing or Agency experience is a plus

  • 2+ Years of Digital Marketing experience SEO & SEM, web metrics and analytics

  • 2+ Years of Social Media Marketing experience on all major social media platforms - LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Framemaker, DreamWeaver, wordpress, and HTML (is a plus).

  • Impeccable attention to detail
