Marketing Manager

GARNEY CONSTRUCTION As a Marketing Manager at Warren Environmental in Gainesville, GA, you will create, implement, and measure the success of a comprehensive marketing and communications program. This will include executing traditional and digital communication strategies to position Warren as an industry leader and facilitating strategies and teams in the pursuit of work acquisition.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Evaluate new technologies to determine how to work more effectively and efficiently to meet business objectives Manage effectiveness of existing technology to meet business objectives (HubSpot, ShowPad, Canto) Manage Marketing Specialist in day-to-day responsibilities; develops talent Train Marketing and Operations on marketing/communication-related practices Oversee vision of overall marketing and communications initiatives; work acquisition initiatives Execute strategic planning in support of comprehensive marketing team vision, goals, and objectives Perform benchmarking in designated markets, including competition, strategic intelligence, and market and industry trends WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Attention to Detail Collaboration Communication (Written and Verbal) Deadline Management Organization Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Cosential, Canto, HubSpot, Showpad, Wordpress, and Microsoft Office 365 Bachelor's degree in journalism, strategic communications, marketing, or related field 10 years of professional experience in communications or marketing-related field, preferably in the A/E/C industry LET'S TALK THE PERKS Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) 401K Retirement plan Health, dental, vision and life insurance Flexible Spending Account (FSA) / Health Savings Account (HSA) Long-term disability Holidays, Vacation and PTO Bonus program This role qualifies for hybrid or remote work CONTACT US If you are interested in this Marketing Manager position in Gainesville, GA then please APPLY NOW .
