We are currently seeking a Marketing Manager to support our growing consumable business. This position is based out of our Deland - Florida, Houston, TX or Westborough, MA locations.Position Objective:Pall Corporation ("Pall") has a growing >$500M fluid technology and asset protection ("FTAP") filtration business that sells into industrial applications. This role is responsible for developing and driving marketing action plans in direct support for Policy Deployment Targets to Improve (TTI). Responsibilities include achieving the strategic goals for targeted verticals through driving consumable growth in our advantaged applications and pursuing organic and inorganic projects that improve our consumable profitability.BA/BS in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related studies* 5 years of lead generation and campaign management experience plus relevant industry experience * 5 years of experience supporting and providing input into a strategic planning* 5 years of experience as a strong communicator, leader, with strong interpersonal skills* 5 years of experience with measurable results across a broad & diverse spectrum of value streams within a geographic region* 2 years of experience driving and implementing VOC feedback into strategic and tactical objectives.
* Develop & drive marketing campaigns to deliver Policy Deployment Targets to Improve * Create campaigns encompassing multiple program elements to drive growth in strategic markets within the Americas * Develop and coordinate campaign elements to ensure correct messaging, value proposition, and channel * Track and analyze results to build robust future marketing programs and best returns on marketing spend * Perform VOC to support Strategic Plan, Goal Deployment and New Product Development * Support sales team success * Develop, test and promote sales tools and collateral for Pall Sales Personnel, Distributor Sales Personnel and End User within strategic markets and applications within the Americas * Ensures Sales team has full understanding of marketing campaigns, value propositions, and messaging * Track Sales team's understanding of advantaged applications and coordinate or lead training as necessary * Develop materials and information to support key and strategic accounts * Champion margin growth through identifying, evaluating, and executing organic and inorganic projectsAdditional Skills Needed: Dealing with ambiguity, acting with a sense of urgency; Taking ownership and accountability; and developing strong collaborative working relationships.
