Responsibilities: Develop and execute marketing strategies that effectively communicate the company's mission and services. Create engaging content for digital platforms, including weekly posts on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, and oversee the production of marketing emails. Manage content updates for the company website, ensuring it reflects current services and projects. Coordinate with project teams to gather information for weekly announcements and major project updates. Design and produce digital and printed marketing materials, maintaining a consistent brand aesthetic across all media. Travel to major project sites to conduct photoshoots, capturing both traditional and drone footage. Create and maintain PowerPoint presentations for internal and external use. Act as the liaison with external marketing agencies, overseeing the partnership and ensuring alignment with marketing goals. Monitor and ensure the consistency of branding across all internal and external documents. Analyze market trends and adjust marketing strategies and practices accordingly. Analyze metrics and analytics from marketing platforms and adjust strategies as needed. Follow all Company policies and procedures and obtain certifications at Company/Client request Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communication or Marketing preferred. 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in construction or energy sectors. Proficient in MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite. Strong project management and communication skills.
