EVEN Financial seeks a talented marketer to join its fast-growing team and help take the company to new heights. As a part of the Marketing & Creative Services team you'll work closely with your teammates - as well as teams across the company in Sales, Business Development, Product, Engineering, Account Management and Strategy - to a) create, execute, and nurture the overall marketing strategy, b) develop and maintain our target audiences, and 3) further build up the EVEN brand for sustainable growth in terms of users, revenue, and brand health indicators.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Devise and execute dynamic marketing strategies
  • Establish and drive increased brand recognition and scale through effective marketing and communications
  • Develop innovative marketing initiatives based on research, analysis, and knowledge of the space
  • Drive the implementation of marketing campaigns including direct, media, online and offline advertising and promotions, PR/communications, and promotional activities
  • Own content development / management across entire company presence (web, social, etc)
  • Effectively engage, manage, execute and support in all areas of marketing (brand, PR, creative services, ads, sales, channel, data, events, content), all marketing related initiatives across the company (business development, product, engineering, account management, strategy, admin, executive), as well as marketing needs with our partners
  • Analyze and develop expertise in the market dynamics of the products and services categories by identifying internal and external sources of market knowledge (research companies, internal database, internet, personal networking), compile and analyze data in partnership with other internal resources

Requirements

  • BA / BS degree in Marketing, or a related field, and/or equivalent experience
  • 5 years of professional experience in a marketing field with the proven ability to deliver outstanding and highly creative marketing results
  • Superb knowledge of FinTech, a general passion for the Tech and Finance industries, its trends, technologies, and direction
  • Strong aptitude for determining the optimal way to position products in the market
  • A proven track record of increasing company revenue and awareness through well-executed marketing efforts
  • Motivated and creative, with the ability to self-manage and have strong influencing and interpersonal / communications skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment delivering projects on time and under budget
  • Prior products and services launch experience
  • Experience with media metrics, their sources, and how they can be analyzed
  • Experience developing / working with proprietary / internal tools and tech, including using CMS to manage content across all company presence (web, social, etc)
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Pluses

  • Bachelors degree or relevant experience in engineering, business, or publishing
  • Knowledge of SQL, Excel and PowerPoint, Google Analytics, Mode/Tableau (or similar)
  • Previous experience in FinTech / Financial Products and Services and / or working in a digital media agency specifically a focus on B2B marketing aimed at Banks and Financial Services customers
  • Consulting or event planning and execution background
