Overview

Epstein is seeking a Marketing Manager to oversee our Marketing team at Epstein and work with our Business Development team. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of marketing experience, preferably in the Architectural and/or Engineering industry.

General Responsibilities

• Externally promote Epstein and our services.

• Elevate, enforce and maintain Epstein branding through our external submittals, blogs social media and website.

• Identify and implement tactics for advertising.

• Develop social media content and outreach.

• Develop and create communication materials related to marketing and public relation efforts including advertisements, brochures, company overviews and materials for trade shows and award submittals.

• Collaborate and implement website updates and improvements with 3rd party developers and in-house staff. Align content with search engine optimization plan.

• Create and initiate marketing campaigns.

• Initiate and support market segment research and prospect identification.

• Analyze market data to uncover competitor strategies and consumer behavior insights to enable development of targeted marketing campaigns.

• Oversee the creation of market related materials including resumes, project experience sheets and photography.

• Update and maintain Unanet database and marketing system.

• Lead proposal preparation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications/Journalism, Arts or related fields preferred

• 7-10 years of related experience

• Strong graphic design abilities including Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)

• Outstanding writing and editing skills with a knack for a succinct, to the point style

• High attention to detail with excellent organization

• Excellent interpersonal skills, and written and verbal communication

• Maintains the ability to effectively handle multiple deadlines of varying priorities

• Enthusiastic, proactive and dedicated to the role and tasks at hand

• Ability to collaborate with various disciplines and company market sectors
