Marketing Manager

This Marketing Manager develops and implements strategic marketing plans to promote products or services effectively, considering market trends and consumer preferences. They collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all marketing channels. Additionally, they analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize strategies and achieve business objectives.

General Summary of Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, and print.

• Coordinate and manage marketing projects from conception to completion, ensuring all deadlines are met on budget.
• Manage third party advertising/marketing partners and production vendors.
• Ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment across all channels.
• Create and edit marketing content, such as social media posts, email campaigns, blog posts and print materials.
• Assist in the organization and promotion of events, webinars, and trade shows.
• Coordinate public relations including press releases, awards, and company announcements.
• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to propose innovative marketing ideas

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• Proven experience (3-5 years) in a marketing role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Google Analytics – familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite a plus.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design, print and video production.
