Our San Francisco-based team is committed to enhancing physician and patient quality of life through Elation, a SaaS cloud-based clinical platform. Since inception, we've been focused on building a delightful world-class experience that empowers physicians to deliver phenomenal care to patients.

Elation is looking for a Marketing Manager to be an integral part of introducing Elation to physicians around the country. As Marketing Manager, you will have a high impact, multi-functional role at a fast growing startup. In one day you might be tasked with pitching a new channel partnership, creating an email campaign, setting the content for a webinar, or planning our next conference. We're seeking a self-starter who can help build and implement new strategies while delivering great experiences for customers and prospects.


Campaign management

  • Identify campaign opportunities and project manage online and offline campaigns or events end to end.

  • Work with sales, product, and business development to develop new strategies and translate into marketing tactics.

  • Measure and report performance and assess against stated goals (ROI and KPIs).

  • Experiment with new ideas and channel testing, measuring results.

Customer and prospect lifecycle

  • Strengthen the company's relationship with the customer throughout the customer lifecycle.

  • Develop and nurture relationships with key Elation physicians around the country to help promote Elation.

  • Build new tools for lead nurturing, lifecycle communication, and measuring customer health.

  • Manage communication strategy for each stage of the customer lifecycle; engage with website conversion, testing, and optimization initiatives.

Website and marketing operations

  • Work with contract resources to maintain the Elation website, branded collateral, and marketing materials.

  • Own the schedule of marketing events and conferences and deliver on objectives for each event.

  • Project manage event logistics.

  • Manage the marketing budget and run monthly budget vs actuals process and reconciliation.


  • 4+ years of marketing, business development, or similar experience

  • Natural self-starter with a 'can-do' attitude. Demonstrated ability and self-motivation to excel within an environment of rapid change and growth.

  • Project management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional efforts

  • Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workloads in a fast-paced environment

  • Great communicator who will build strong internal relationships with key stakeholders and external relationships with customers, prospects and influencers

  • Strong written and verbal communications skills

  • Familiarity with sales and marketing tools such as Pardot,, Google Analytics, and Adobe Creative Suite

  • Preferred: experience within the healthcare industry strongly preferred

  • Required: passion for solving big problems and pursuing audacious goals
