In this role, you will be a member of our diverse group services team which houses human resources, accounting/finance, marketing, business development, IT, and administration. We are not your average 'overhead' department instead, we build and implement creative strategies that are in line with business objectives while providing best-in-class support to the company at large... and we do so proudly!

We are currently hiring a Marketing Manager in our Nashville, TN office. In this role, you will be responsible for directing proactive marketing tasks regionally and nationally, which are designed to enhance the firm's brand and overall image. You will also work with seller/doers and business developers to create a variety of sales tools to help promote and sell our services.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting in the development of a broad range of sales tools, including sales presentations, standard and customized SOQs, and collateral pieces.

  • Assisting in the development and administration of a marketing information database.

  • Department organization and information management.

  • Administering brand standards companywide.

  • Tradeshow and event management.

  • Developing and maintaining collateral (brochures, fliers, etc.).

  • Developing and administering online marketing campaigns.

  • Developing and directing targeted marketing campaigns.

  • Managing marketing budgets.

  • Providing as-needed support to the firm's business development staff.

  • Participation in strategic marketing planning and execution of an integrated marketing plan.

  • Assisting in the development and execution of public relations and advertising activities.

  • Supporting with the development of internal and external communications companywide.

  • Macro- and micro-level market research.

  • Facilitating the development of all types of advertisements, whether online or in print, and in relation to sponsorships or pure advertising opportunities.

  • Managing relationships with a broad range of marketing-related vendors for things such as printing, design services, and promotional items, among others.

  • Supporting the company's social media activities.

Qualifications

  • B.S. or B.A. in marketing, communications, business, public relations, or business required.

  • Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience; A/E/C industry experience preferred.

  • Exceptional writing and communication skills.

  • Proven results in the development of integrated marketing campaigns.

  • Experience in managing marketing budgets, strategic and tactical marketing planning.

  • The ability to lead and motivate team members, including cross-functional teams.

  • Detail-oriented self-starter with the ability to operate at a high level with limited supervision.

  • Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.

  • General knowledge of both the analytical and creative aspects of marketing.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe InDesign.

  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.

Reputation Management Manager The Reputation Management Manager is responsible for the strategy, management and deployment of the company's enterprise reputation management initiatives. This position directs HCA's reputation management software vendor, Binary Fountain and HCA's listings management vendor, Yext while overseeing the development and sharing of reputation management best practices across the enterprise and implementing strategic programs designed to improve the online presence for HCA's 900 physician practices and 160 hospitals. This candidate will oversee the monitoring of HCA's 100,000 online listings and overall review sentiment across all web channels. Based on these findings, as well as input from competitive analysis, industry trends, market research, and internal stakeholders, they will advise divisions on the appropriate action needed to improve their online presence. The manager will collaborate with business owners and vendors to advance the reputation management offering and improve customer experience and interaction. They will identify KPI's that demonstrate the effectiveness of the chosen strategy and measure/communicate performance to deliver on the growth of HCA's online marketing programs. Familiarity and competency in management of web projects from concept to completion through maintenance and support is required for this position. Since this position is responsible for multiple high-visibility projects serving multiple stakeholders, strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize for a team are key characteristics of an ideal and effective manager. DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: Identify, communicate and implement the overall reputation management strategy for HCA's hospitals, employed physicians and physician practices Manage the Reputation Management team and direct the team's projects, priorities and timelines Oversee the development of reputation management and listing management best practices and strategy, and the coaching of practice managers and hospital marketing directors on best practices via webinars, external documentation and personal consultation and analysis Oversee creation, maintenance and distribution of reputation management toolkits, training materials and promotional collateral Provide support to other digital marketing projects, through formulating objectives, scoping work efforts, creating alignments and steering digital projects to completion Manage enterprise-wide reputation management and listings vendors and contracts, including but not limited to Yext and Binary Fountain. Work with the vendors to develop detailed roadmaps, project milestones and timelines, and effectively track and report progress to Senior Leadership Work collaboratively across business units such as Patient Experience, Physician Services Group, Urgent Care, Hospital Marketing Leadership and NCCM for strategic alignment Develop presentations and present to PSG and hospital leadership (Marketing VP's, PSG and Corporate Affairs VP's) as well as other corporate stakeholders through webinars and in-person training / workshops Provide consultations and present performance metrics to key business owners / stakeholders across business units, including but not limited to Marketing VPs, Marketing Directors, Division VP's, Group VP's, etc. Assist in growing practice and hospital volume in accordance with annual business growth strategies Proactively lead all major reputation and listing management projects, provide regular project status updates to leadership, and ensure projects are completed on time and within scope Exercises good judgment in the absence of detailed instructions Create compelling presentation materials that articulate key opportunities and challenges, and effectively communicate recommendations. The Manager will lead, supervise and develop the online marketing analyst that focuses on listings management strategy and establish best practices for listing optimization, testing and reporting. Additionally, this candidate will oversee the development of efficient processes for maintaining listing accuracy across the enterprise and is responsible for measuring the performance of the company's online listings and identifying KPIs that demonstrate the effectiveness of the chosen strategy. Other responsibilities include: Serve as product owner of listings management tools, specifically Yext and Zendesk Oversee the management of requests processed through the online help desk, Zendesk Drive timely execution of update requests and oversee process improvements as needed Work collaboratively with vendor to develop regular listing analytic reporting based on the input of key business owners and stakeholders Reputation Management: The position will oversee the development and management of all reputation management initiatives. The manager develops the strategy, best practices and processes, and deployment of enterprise grade solutions for the company's 160 hospitals and 900 physician practices. The developed best practices will support and will complement the broader digital marketing strategy. The candidate will successfully lead, supervise and develop all members of the reputation management team. The ideal candidate will have experience building, executing, communicating and deploying enterprise best practices and have excellent project management skills. Other responsibilities include: Serve as product owner of reputation management tools, specifically Binary Fountain software, and oversee software account management responsibilities Oversee monthly proactive reporting analysis and consultation to field from account managers to help drive improved online reputation Oversee maintenance of internal Salesforce database as well as the Binary Fountain and Yext database. Measure the performance of current reputation management training initiatives and identify tactics to increase program engagement, sustainability and efficacy Work in collaboration with hospital, division and corporate marketing / communication teams to develop and continuously improve effective reputation management training programs that are integrated with current operational processes / workflow and aligned with hospital, practice and service line marketing strategies. Remain current on digital marketing best practices, HIPAA compliance as it related to review responses, and trends in the industry. Consult with Corporate and Division Leadership on reputation management strategies Oversee monitoring of HCA practices' and hospitals' online sentiment across all web channels and advise divisions on appropriate action based on findings Through working with HCA's Chief Patient Experience Officer, provide strategic direction and leadership toward achieving positive Patient Feedback Score performance across the enterprise Digital Marketing Consultation: The Manager will consult and lead miscellaneous enterprise-level digital marketing project and initiatives, including but not limited to social media, email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), website development and vendor management. The Manager will have a solid understanding of data and analytics and will provide analysis on digital marketing ROI and KPIs. Decisions: 1. Using industry trends, data and analytics, determine the online listing and reputation management strategies that will impact patient growth for facilities across the enterprise. Design marketing campaigns / programs for each strategy, oversee the team that implements the campaigns, work with division leadership to coordinate, and report ROI of strategies to leadership and business owners. 2. When new enterprise initiatives / projects are developed or changes are made to the current HCA hospital and practice roster, work across teams (listings, reputation management, analytics) to determine how this information will be shared, implemented on online profiles, and updated/optimized across all systems. Develop communication to leadership about the implementation, approve implementation plan, oversee implementation, ensure it is being properly tracked through analytics, and approve reports to leadership.
