Job Title: Marketing Manager
Location:Onsite - San Diego
Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
- Oversee all aspects of marketing campaigns, including digital, content, and social media marketing.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new marketing opportunities.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies and maximized ROI.
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, websites, and presentations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to keep marketing efforts innovative and effective.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Over 3 years of experience in marketing management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Proficiency in marketing tools, including analytics, automation, and CRM software.
- Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Passion for marketing and brand development in the life sciences sector.
