We are seeking a Manager for New Business Strategy & Operations. You will be responsible for creating and executing strategies to drive conversion and early engagement for customers. Our ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience, ideally with specific conversion marketing experience, and has a passion for leveraging data that will inform strategies to optimize conversion and drive early member retention.

The role requires a passion for results, a commitment to action-oriented analysis, an attitude that anything is possible, and a relentless focus on the customer. You will have direct hands-on ownership as well as cross-functional coordination with teams in Product, User Experience, Creative & Brand, and Technology.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement conversion-marketing strategies (A/B testing and multivariate) that will drive the conversion of prospects to subscribers.

  • Leverage analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics and Test and Target to optimize conversion opportunities in the acquisition flow.

  • Own, drive, and report on key metrics related to onboarding, early member engagement, trial-to-member conversion, retention, and churn.

  • Implement conversion strategies across Amazon.com, Audible.com, mobile apps, and other devices.

  • Others as defined by evolving business needs for a rapidly growing online business.

Responsibilities: * Develop a Quality Assurance Testing Center of Excellence in the Marketing Operations Team * Champion the QA process that enforces high development and production standards (define test procedures, modify approaches * Analyze all internal customer data sets for campaign deployment, ensuring all lists send to the correct and eligible populations * QA various marketing campaigns as required, such as stand-alone or Journey Automation elements * Validate and test email templates, SMS setup, Push notifications end-to-end to ensure smooth execution, proper flow, accurate targets, functioning links, etc. * Track & submit defects for resolution and Identify areas of opportunity that require solves to prevent recurring challenges * Escalate issues and risks to project leadership in accordance with best practices. * Work with customer service and IT to address escalation issues, bugs, and support requests are addressed in a timely manner * Manage daily/weekly progress reporting and defect resolution tracking.
