Job Description:

The Marketing Manager, CMO will be responsible for the strategic and tactical planning, organization, implementation and management of marketing activities for the Jubilant HollisterStier Contract Manufacturing Business. This position will develop brand positioning and messaging, conduct competitive analysis, and create campaigns that drive brand awareness, service line awareness, and lead generation. The Marketing Manager will coordinate with leadership, other departments and external vendors to ensure organized and effective marketing activities.

1.Develops and executes comprehensive marketing strategies enabling the CMO business to meet aggressive revenue growth projections.

2.Manages and mentors CMO marketing department staff.

3.Manages the design and development of effective marketing content (claims, messaging, and imagery).

4.Makes recommendations on timing, budgets, and KPIs as they relate to marketing strategy.

5.Manages websites, SEO, email marketing, social media, digital advertising, print advertising, tradeshows, conferences, event planning, printed collateral, sales presentations and media relations.

6.Coordinates with business development and sales ops to oversee lead generation activities, including email campaigns, lead nurturing campaigns and customer retention campaigns.

7.Ensures CRM (SF.com), marketing automation software, and digital marketing tools are used effectively.

8.Analyzes data to determine campaign efficiency and compiles dashboards and reports for stakeholders.

9.Monitors the competitive landscape, and assists with market research. Stays abreast of industry trends, technologies, and tools; provides recommendations to shape future strategies. Learns and implements new and emerging technologies.

10. Coordinates with the ABU marketing manager to leverage synergies between the teams; works alongside the ABU marketing manager to support the shared needs of the business units and sites.

11. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or other related field OR 10 years' experience in lieu of degree.

• 6 years marketing with prior leadership experience required

• CMO Marketing Experience Preferred

• Experience working with internal and external customers

• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office Suite, Ad Buying, Digital marketing and analytic platforms (Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads etc.), Marketing Automation Tools and Salesforce CRM Software

• This position is remote, with occasional required visits to our Spokane and Montreal facilities, and occasional travel to tradeshows and meetings.

Compensation:

• This position pays $91,000 - $156,000/per year, depending on experience, with opportunity for growth, promotion and annual raises.
