In alignment with regional marketing campaigns, this role will drive consistent messaging, branding, and execution across all campaigns. The Marketing Manager will collaborate with marketing, sales, and other internal stakeholders to develop targeted campaigns - identifying opportunities to leverage email, social, and digital channels to build brand awareness, and to drive client/prospect engagement.

The Marketing Manager manages large projects or marketing initiatives, and participates in planning sessions with sales, business, and regional stakeholders. This role also drives reporting, tracking success and effectiveness of marketing activations.

We will count on you to:

  • Possesses a broad understanding and a demonstrated application of effective marketing execution.

  • Ensures quality of deliverables and enforcement of critical deadlines through effective communication and collaboration with internal teams.

  • Present campaign strategy/creative brief to internal stakeholders.

  • Drive the development of competitive value propositions, client-centric messaging, and points of view.

  • Recommend new opportunities to increase the scalability and efficiency of processes.

  • Liaise with leadership to scope project requirements, including budget, resource needs and delivery timeframes.

  • Work with marketing business partner to develop annual budgets and is responsible for managing all functions that contribute to meeting department and business objectives.

  • This role helps drives the implementation of repeatable and actionable processes that facilitate efficiency and scalability across demand generation campaigns.

  • Develop KPIs with Marketing, Practice and/or Sales leader, with tracking and reporting captured via CRM system.

What you must have:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required

  • Minimum 5 years of progressive marketing experience

  • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and priorities.

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Marsh McLennan is committed to hybrid work, which includes the flexibility of working remotely and the collaboration, connections and professional development benefits of working together in the office. All Marsh McLennan colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week. Office-based teams will identify at least one "anchor day" per week on which their full team will be together in person.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $61,700 to $123,600.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
