Position Overview

Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Communications, the Marketing Manager will work closely with Revere Health administrators and physicians to create awareness and drive patient acquisition by developing effective marketing strategies. The Marketing Manager will have a successful track record of leveraging both digital and traditional marketing strategies to increase brand identity, physician reputation and practice area specialties.

Essential Duties

  • Proactively work with administrators and physicians to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns that establish, grow and maintain an effective market presence. These strategies will consistently facilitate practice growth.

  • Participate in creative brainstorming meetings with marketing team members during campaign creation and message development.

  • Develop and manage lead nurturing programs and campaigns that support the overall Revere Health brand, as well as individual practice areas and physicians.

  • Focus on strategies with purposeful messaging that reach potential patients at significant decision points during the spectrum of their healthcare needs.

  • Working with the Director and the Digital Marketing Specialist, support the development and execution of a web-re-design, ongoing web enhancements, social media and SEO strategies.

  • Develop and manage lead nurturing programs and campaigns that support the overall Revere Health brand, as well as individual practice areas and physicians.

  • Serve as the brand gatekeeper, educating and enforcing approved Revere Health visual and messaging standards.

  • Accomplish organizational goals by accepting initiatives that support the overall business objectives identified by Revere Health's Board of Directors and Executive Committee.

  • Using measurement tools, consistently analyze campaign/project results and submit final campaign summary whether it relates to individual office/provider campaigns or overall Revere Health marketing initiatives.

  • Enhance industry knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading medical/healthcare trade publications and attending relevant industry events.

  • Work with Communications Manager to identify ways to share marketing success stories across the Revere Health enterprise.

  • Monitor budget, negotiate with vendors and manage expenses for both company and specialty/practice specific campaigns.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field is required

  • At 3-5 years of relevant experience in a proactive marketing role, preferably related to healthcare

  • Proven experience in developing and executing targeted marketing campaigns that achieve a significant return on investment

  • Interpersonal skills that enable you to work effectively with marketing staff and end-users in a collaborative and professional manner.

  • Strong analytical stills that enable the individual to make strategy decisions based on data

  • Experience with project management systems

  • Experience working with external agencies and vendors

About the Role Micro Focus is actively seeking a Product Marketing Manager to join our market-leading Archiving & Risk Management marketing team. Micro Focus' information archiving portfolio helps customers of all sizes and complexity consolidate a broad set of data types in a unified archive to manage data by policy and in accordance with varying regulatory and compliance requirements. Our Archiving & Risk Management portfolio focuses on highly regulated industries such as Financial Services, Government, and Healthcare and provides organizations with supervision, surveillance, eDiscovery, and governance, as well as AI and investigative analytics. The Product Marketing Manager, Archiving and Risk Management will: * Develop and be responsible for product positioning/messaging and buyer personas for your product(s) * Collaborate with a cross-functional team made up of Product Management, Regional Marketing, Corporate Marketing, Sales, and Operations to ensure alignment is made with key stakeholders * Work with Product Management to understand their current roadmap and build a complete launch plan to support it. This also includes taking product details and translating them into "solution-level" messaging that resonates with customer use cases. * Understand why customers are buying your product and the problems they're solving with it * Learn which sales teams/partners are selling your product(s) and what incentivizes them to do so * Understand your products' business plan and revenue targets so you can ensure that GTM work contributes to both * Develop marketing strategies to capitalize on key technology transitions and competitive inflection points such as cloud services and data privacy * Identify tactics for global marketing programs to achieve business objectives including competitive take-out, upgrading and expanding installed base * Collaborate with outbound digital and field marketing to generate leads and build sales opportunities * Manage the development, creation, and distribution of global sales tools from conception to usage reporting.
