Lead generation and lead follow-up for select markets using digital tools and personal outreach
Managing the outside agency on digital lead generation
Managing the pipeline process for key Market (industry) campaigns
Consulting with niche areas to develop new solutions to drive incremental revenue through a disciplined pipeline process
Manage and execute the lost proposal process
Management and ownership of Salesforce
Budget maintain marketing budget
Supervision of Marketing Coordinator and Asst. Marketing Manager who execute many of the aforementioned marketing tactics
Digital campaignsincluding email campaigns; split run testing; metrics reporting and constant improvement of results based on accumulated insights that result in leads
Website site maintenance, SEO
Events planning and execution of firm events
Content & Thought Leadership writing sell sheets, ghostwriting articles, blogs, website content, etc.
