The Associate Marketing Manager
We are looking for someone with a min of 3 years marketing experience.

Marketing Plan and Campaign Development
Develop marketing plans, value proposition and positioning by market segment
Develop marketing campaigns, tools, and programs to drive demand and increase market share
Define content strategy and develop content aligned with the target persona(s) to drive brand preference
Work with digital marketing team for campaign execution through appropriate digital channels
Business Development & Strategy
Own the go-to-market plan in close collaboration with the global business units (BU) and the regional sales teams
Lead Voice of Customer activities to capture product reception and validate new marketing opportunities as well as track market share
Conduct, execute on business strategy activities to include total available market, market share, segmentation, competitive analysis and product positioning
Collaborate with the BU on product road mapping, new product development, and product management activities
Education: BS in Science, Marketing or similar field
Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial marketing, experienced in marketing campaign development.
Experience with medical device sales cycles; experience in the tissue diagnostics, medical devices industry a strong plus.
Familiar with healthcare IT processes
Demonstrated experience in data-driven marketing and analytics
Experience working with clinical labs and hospitals
Experience in business strategy market & customer segmentation; competitive product benchmarking, financial analysis (ROI, pricing, scenario analysis)
Experience in leveraging digital channels for demand generation
Travel: Up to 30%
