Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Manager to join our team. As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns across various digital and non-digital platforms to promote BeeHero's pollination solutions. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will play a crucial role in driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop innovative marketing strategies and campaigns that align with business objectives.

• Work closely with sales and product teams to ensure alignment on messaging and content strategy, as well as to gather customer insights for content creation.

• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive insights to inform content creation and marketing initiatives.

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns and strategies to engage, to support the sales team and educate growers across different geographic regions and crop segments.

• Create compelling written and visual content and collaterals, for printed and digital channels, including printed and social media, email marketing campaigns, website, Youtube, and blog posts.

• Manage BeeHero's social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others, including community management and content scheduling.

• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including website traffic, social media engagement, and email open rates, to optimize content strategy and drive continuous improvement.

• Oversee website SEO efforts and track key performance metrics to improve online visibility and user experience.

• Demonstrate creativity, energy, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced startup environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in marketing and/or digital marketing, content creation, or social media management, in the agriculture or technology industry.

• Exceptional writing skills with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive content for various audiences and channels.

• Proficiency in social media management tools, email marketing platforms, and content creation software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Hotsuite, Hubspot, MailChimp, and others).

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive strategic decision-making.

• Passion for sustainability, agriculture, and environmental conservation.

• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Proximity to Central Valley, CA, and willingness to travel to BeeHero offices in the Bay area & Fresno area and customer locations in the Central Valley.
