Role Overview
The Marketing Manager (MM) serves as contributor and subject matter expert on the B2C Marketing Team. The MM plays an integral part in the client marketing consultations, performing market and brand assessments, developing presentations, and reporting of client engagements. The Marketing Manager will serve as a thought leader and cultivate a high level of expertise in marketing programs and tools to support our clients' marketing performance and maintain high client satisfaction. Additionally, this role will cultivate a high level of expertise in organic and paid social media tactics to offer specialized consultations to clients and oversee the brand's B2C (META,TTK, IG) social media channels. They will actively engage with client facing team members, including Client Directors and Marketing Support Specialists as a marketing subject matter expert (SME) responsible for ensuring optimal alignment with the latest marketing offerings and processes, to achieve departmental and corporate goals.
Responsibilities
Infuses the Patch Values into your work ethic, every day and every interaction
Drive brand awareness, engagement, and advocacy via content distribution through owned and earned channels.
Work with VP, Consumer Marketing & VP, B2B, to develop annual social strategies for Kasasa including D2C, B2C, and B2B audiences.
Collaborate with social agency and vendor relationships to ensure seamless integration and activation of social media campaigns and programs
Identify, implement, and oversee the management of content and social media programs that provide Kasasa revenue or KFI added-value opportunities.
Collaborate with agency partners, Marketing, and Creative teams to brainstorm social media and content marketing and coordinate execution and reporting.
Ensure integration between various teams (Marketing, Product, Client Success, Sales, Compliance, and PR) .
Serve as editor-in-chief to ensure all social communications and online/web publications are on-message with no brand/strategic drift.
Own the planning, research and preparation of marketing consultation content.
Manage client marketing engagement and consultation reporting on Salesforce.
Propose innovative concepts, technologies, and promote new ideas to the team and key stakeholders to grow revenue, increase opportunities and conversion, and drive overall improvements.
Provide on-going support for ad-hoc needs and requests from cross-functional teams.
Own, manage, and execute delivery of support channels including, but not limited to creative versioning, vendor management, and Quality Assurance.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Must be comfortable working in a variety of platforms including, JIRA, Salesforce CRM, Facebook Ads Manager, and marketing service platforms such as Hubspot and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
A creative yet analytical mind with a problem-solving orientation - a passion for innovation.
An effective collaborator who knows how to network, manage by influence, and build impactful relationships across the organization.
Strong time management, excellent organization and problem-resolution skills.
Resourcefulness & proactive approach to all initiatives from top to bottom.
Ability to work cross-functionally or autonomously.
Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy is a MUST.
Must be legally allowed to work in the U.S.
Kasasa enforces a hybrid in-office policy, with a required minimum of 3 days in office.
