Job Overview
Job Description
The PACE marketing manager will be responsible for meeting new member enrollment goals in the assigned geographic markets through marketing efforts. The manager will provide leadership and development to his assigned marketing team. Will develop strategic marketing plans and budgets designed to meet or exceed membership enrollment forecasts. The manager will ensure that marketing tactics are executed with excellence, and measured quantitatively and qualitatively to determine success and future applications. The manager is responsible for the daily operational issues facing the Marketing team; including but not limited to supervising department staff.
Minimum Requirements
1.Preferred BA/BS Degree in Healthcare or Business Administration or other closely related experience.
2.Minimum of five years' experience in community based/healthcare marketing management principles or a related field; such as membership services or provider relations.
3.Minimum of three years, with a proven track record, of successful direct supervisory experience is required.
Compensation
$98,003.32 - $122,504.15 annually
