The Role
We have an exciting new leadership opportunity within our Marketing organization supporting Wealth, Corporate, Commercial and Institutional Banking (WCIB). This new leader will oversee all aspects of integrated marketing (acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention & deepening) for the WCIB businesses. This individual will play a key leadership role in defining and orchestrating data-driven marketing plans including paid media, account-based marketing (ABM), and sales enablement.
This leader will also develop client segment strategy, annual plans & secure funding for targeted activities. The individual will be tasked with owning end-to-end channel planning & agency execution and identifying end-to-end optimization tactics. The selected candidate will spearhead marketing innovation and new capabilities through increased use of analytics, social media, digital marketing, and localization.

WCIB focuses on helping clients work towards their financials goals whenever and wherever they want. Wealth offers comprehensive wealth management services to individuals and families across a wide range of wealth levels. WCIB also provides lending, equipment finance and small-ticket leasing, depository services, capital markets services, international trade services and other financial services to middle market, large corporate, commercial real estate, financial institution, institutional, non-profit and public sector clients.
Primary Responsibilities
Identify quality digital and self-serve acquisition and onboarding capabilities for customers
Use full-funnel approach to connect and amplify brand efforts and align with consumer positioning to accelerate growth
Facilitate discussions across marketing functions to meet overall enterprise-level objectives
Execute and scale new acquisition through multiple channels with Marketing Activation
Set up processes, technology, and analytics that make marketing efficient, data-driven, customer-centric with Marketing Analytics
Collaborate with multiple business lines and functions such as WCIB Analytics & CX, Sales, and Business Banking Marketing to manage projects & solve problems
Skills and Preferred Qualifications

Strong data-driven professional combining data, measurement, and insights to improve campaign strategy and effectiveness
Drive analytics adoption to make informed marketing decisions
Design a performance management process to monitor projects and deliver results
Periodically review team progress against plans with longer-term focus
Effective communication and alignment with sales and product development teams
Strategic, curious, action-oriented leader who can balance moving quickly with an eye on long-term objectives
Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $231,795.00 - $272,700.00 - $299,970.00
