The Marketing Lead position is accountable for the development and implementation of marketing strategies to drive growth to various B2B businesses. Strategies that include advertising campaigns, product positioning, trade show management, market research, publications, and other general marketing support.
Manage execution of all domestic and international promotional events, including trade shows, distributor meetings, customer sales seminars, etc.
Sales Tool Management
Create, manage and distribute all print and digital product sales tools. This includes advertisements, multimedia, brochures, sell sheets, sales presentations, technical product information and branded giveaways. Work with outside translation companies to create multi-language deliverables. Ensure materials are consistent with existing branding and messaging.
Conduct market research for pipeline and existing products and markets, identify strategic partners for product validation and future sales.
Sales Lead Management
Manage all leads from the web and social media and distribute to assure follow-up and closure. Manage and report all website analytics and recommend strategies to improve SEO. Develop digital communication campaigns (newsletters, eblasts, etc.)
General Marketing Activities and Budget
Strategize, schedule and manage all marketing initiatives to stay on plan and budget, report on actual spending vs. plan quarterly. Pay and track all marketing related spending.
Identify new and manage existing relationships with outside vendors required to execute marketing efforts.
Minimum 5-year experience in marketing
Minimum BS degree in Marketing
Proficiency in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
Graphic Design Knowledge a plus
Comfortable working in a team environment
Excellent communication skills
