The qualified candidate will assist with day-to-day activities within the Business Growth department to ensure identification and development of upcoming opportunities. Works with Capture Managers to conduct research using various sources to develop a list of potential target opportunities using market research and business intelligence tools.
Responsible for data management of opportunities in CRM database. Responsible for knowing critical details, such as RFP release date, competition, SOW highlights, and procurement type. Coordinates proposal meetings and notes, and database updates.
Other duties include assisting with In-Process proposals (Prime and Sub), to include completing data calls; assisting with preparation and scheduling of briefs, meetings, and reviews; processing of Business Growth forms and agreements; and reporting.
A Bachelor's degree is required. At least one year of related experience is preferred.
One must have good written communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, analytical, mathematical, and organizational skills. Ability to follow directions is a must.
