About the role?

The Marketing Intern is responsible for supporting the marketing team across multiple disciplines, including digital marketing, marketing communications, marketing events and promotions. You will collaborate closely with marketing teammates on the planning and execution of various campaigns and projects, including social media, promotional emails, sales enablement and other marketing initiatives as needed. You'll also conduct marketing research and gain hands-on experience in various aspects of marketing.

Duration: 10-12 Weeks ranging from 25-40 hours per week

Education & Experience Required

• Currently enrolled in a four year degree in Marketing, business or a related field
• 3+ years of general work experience

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Work with our marketing team to develop and support the execution of marketing campaigns that further the company's strategic goals

• Develop digital marketing initiatives, including SEO optimization, advertising campaigns, and web page/content development

• Create marketing content development, including content creation, editing, formatting and publishing of social media posts and other marketing assets

• Marketing research

• Be involve in marketing brainstorming sessions

• Update and maintain Marketing CRM and Marketing Automation databases

• Support marketing events, attendance is a plus

• Various marketing administrative duties as required

• Par take in formal and informal training opportunities

• Be willing to learn

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required

• Written and verbal communication skills

• Research and organizational skills

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint)

• Prepare and effectively present in front of small groups

• Collect data, analyze, and develop informative conclusions

• Understanding of web and social media platforms

• Use of a variety of marketing tools including, Adobe Creative Cloud, (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Zoho), Marketing CRM systems (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot) and CMS platforms (WordPress) a plus, but not required
