Lifestyle Communities' (LC) Marketing team lives at the heart of the company's purpose to bring people together to connect. You'll join a team of collaborative marketers that elevate and reinforce the brand in every community through compelling content and advertising, beautiful design and innovative creative, and carefully crafted customer messages, just to name a few.

We're looking for a talented and driven Marketing Intern to help reinforce the brand in every community. In this role, you'll work with the Marketing team - including Brand, Communications and Design leadership - to create engaging and innovative content that shares the stories of our cities, neighborhoods and communities.

What you'll do:

You'll leverage your creativity to help us produce compelling and effective content across digital, email, print and in-person channels. You'll create and/or curate content - including copywriting (e.g., social media captions, blogs, print collateral, etc.), creative design (e.g., graphic design, GIFs, cinemagraphs, motion graphics) and corporate communications (e.g. press releases and internal communications).

How you'll make an impact:

  • Create design assets and collateral for all internal brands, including LC, The Goat, CODE Fitness and CHR.

  • Write and edit internal and external communications.

  • Ideate and support social media content to deliver upon goals of audience growth, engagement and consideration.

  • Reinforce the brand through all creative and communication deliverables.

  • You enjoy thinking visually to produce content that creates awareness, engagement and consideration among audiences of all types.

  • Prior background in content creation, communications, or graphic design is preferred. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or similar is helpful.
