Marketing Intern:

Lennar is seeking an Marketing Intern who will will report to the Director of Marketing and will oversee coordination of division events, flags, signage for all Welcome Home Centers, and more. Assist New Home Consultants with the creation of marketing collateral. Conduct research, compile data, complete data entry, analyze data, summarize, and present data including graphs, charts, and reports.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and marketing support to Realtor special events

• Coordinate, execute, and attend a variety of functions including community openings, community events in conjunction with NHC/MM

• Coordinate and support the divisions' participation at trade show/housing shows

• Participation in weekly marketing meetings to review the progress of all marketing and advertising activities

• Facilitate the creation and order of community signage as needed-work with the signage vendor on pricing, design, and production time

• Facilitate the creation of marketing collateral and update as-needed work with a graphic designer to ensure collateral pieces are produced correctly in a timely fashion

• Coordinate sales/marketing-related meetings with vendors, ad agencies, etc. as needed

• Provide support to the sales team by ordering marketing collateral as needed

• Facilitate the promotion of incentives, grand openings of new communities, close-out community pricing opportunities, special financing opportunities, etc.

• Assist in Lennar.com and third-party listing sites.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student who is majoring in Sales, Marketing, Advertising or Communications.

• Minimum High School or GED required

• Valid driver's license and good driving record

• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, as well as strong organizational and interpersonal skills

• Must be able to meet deadlines while maintaining a professional attitude, deal effectively with confrontational situations and maintain objectivity with homeowners, fellow associates, and in all public relations

• Excellent computer skills including advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Reader computer skills are not required, but helpful.

• Requires resourcefulness, patience and clarity, and strong management and motivational skills

Physical Requirements

Some office work which may require the ability to occasionally bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and carry office materials and supplies weighing 25 pounds or less. Finger dexterity is required to operate a computer keyboard and calculator. Able to drive a vehicle.
