What You Do.

Marketing/Innovation:

  • Coordinates cross-functional innovation meetings and responsible for tactical elements (scheduling meetings, notes, shipping materials, etc.)

  • Manages sample requests for customer innovation sessions.

  • Supports on-site customer innovation meetings (meeting room prep, culinary support, etc.) as needed.

  • Serves as a cross-functional team member for FSI CPPM projects as assigned. May serve as project leader as needed.

  • Leads preparation for Monthly Innovation Portfolio Meetings and prepares CRM reports for various business updates and additional assistance as requested.

  • Assists with development of presentation materials and execution and tracking of marketing/product line campaigns.

  • Assist in coordinating customer and internal ideation sessions and product training programs.

  • Responsible for tracking Innovation items with Sales, Finance and Demand Planning and reporting out at various Department meetings

  • Vets sales leads and website inquiries.

  • Manages and updates bulk cheese list for Divisional use.

CRM:

  • Acts as administrator for CRM software (Microsoft Dynamics) coordinating system maintenance and training, managing break/fix requests, coordinating the input of updates and data, managing contacts, requesting samples, and regularly pulling reports and trackers for distribution.

  • Provides central point of contact for all change requests and system alternations; provides end user support and ensures updates are well understood, documented, and all processes properly followed.

  • Independently manages external consulting and software development support resources to allow system programming updates to be made in a timely manner. Manages all workflows, process maps, and facilitates integration with Sargento IT when necessary.

  • Builds customer reports and dashboards specific to user needs and job functions.

  • Acts as key point of contact for quality/recall process and ensure all CRM touchpoints are maintained to allow for key customer communications on an automated basis.

  • Train CRM back-up who is able to step in and manage and provide ongoing training to ensure they are updated on system upgrades and changes

Your Education and Experience.

  • Bachelor's degree with an emphasis on marketing/business required with at least a year of related experience and/or training. Knowledge of and/or exposure to foundational project management skills or new product development preferred.
