Job Description:

The Marketing Information Specialist is responsible for maintenance and support of the Digital Asset Management (DAM) and Product Information Management (PIM) systems. This role will serve as super user for both systems and will be responsible for maintenance, health and quality of DAM, PIM and data and assets in each system. A key role of this position is to support Service Level Agreements (SLAs) that support the marketing of property through in place and evolving business processes. A successful candidate will display ownership of the data and its use, be highly analytic, have a high degree of business acumen, with strong problem-solving skills and a focus on continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with global team to add new assets to DAM insuring accuracy of metadata

  • Audit of DAM and PIM to maintain currency and quality of collection

  • Support on-going business continuity by managing product digital asset data, serving as the Subject matter expert

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop, implement, and maintain best practices for PIM

  • Serve as PIM systems super user and resolve most system related issues

  • Escalate and liaise with IT or appropriate systems administrators as necessary to support systems and users

  • Review and utilize reports to improve data quality and ultimately system performance

  • Responsible for performing ad hoc analysis, with the ability to design, run and validate reports tailor to specific requests

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Experience with the maintenance and management of PIM and/or DAM

  • Knowledge of cataloging, taxonomy or library science a plus

  • Creative, motivated, willing to learn and be coached

  • Ability to prioritize and manage concurrent projects well

  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint,

  • Strong communication skills

  • Must be well organized and highly attentive to detail

  • Very strong attention to accuracy and detail & communication skills

  • Self-motivated, team player with the ability to coordinate workload independently to complete tasks in accordance with service levels and timeliness with a focus on exceeding expectations.
