Marketing, High Value Customer Acquisition Specialist

In this job you will...
1.Champions direct mail list acquisition best practices and leverages new, existing and external data to maximize campaign impact.
2.Coordinates mail selects with list vendors and reviews performance results with marketing analyst to insure investments are within profitability constraints.
3.Assists in the development of the prospecting mail calendar, including optimal in-home dates, formats, content and promotions, kicking off each campaign with a marketing brief to communicate key campaign information to print media planning, marketing operations, call center and other key stakeholders.
4.Works with UX teams to maximize lead generation opportunities from new site visitors.
5.Plans and optimizes email campaigns for prospects, including content, offer and deployment schedule.
6.Works closely with the digital team to plan audience targeted digital campaigns, including paid social, display and native making sure investments are measurable and deliver performance within acquisition constraints.
7.Advocates for testing new ways to acquire customers, recommends testing strategy and works with marketing analyst to evaluate test and determine application of results.
8.Provides new customer acquisition inputs into the yearly marketing budget.

10. Maintains regular, predictable attendance
Strives to become proficient in new company systems and processes
Researches and recommends external data sources to enhance segmentation methods
Assist in the development of the short- and long-range marketing plans and goals as they pertain to acquisition of high value customers
Acts as resource to internal teams and other acquired companies
Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Intimately aware of the demographic characteristics and the wants and needs of the High Value OTC customer
Ability to work under pressure with a large degree of independence
Ability to present data and recommendations in a compelling manner.
Ability to think outside of the box and is comfortable with voicing their opinion
Advanced knowledge of direct marketing including list brokerage, list management, merge/purge and segmentation strategies
Advanced knowledge of digital marketing, specifically techniques to target and reach specific audiences.
Knowledgeable regarding OTC's product lines, and how these can be leveraged to target our customers
Advanced knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Word & Powerpoint
Understanding of direct marketing principals
Requires effective organizational, communication, interpersonal, and negotiating skills.
Detail oriented, analytical, have strong project management abilities
Able to take the initiative in any situation
Good working knowledge and understanding of database development, segmentation, merge/purge, and other processing procedures
Ability to maintain confidential information
Ability to read, interpret, and compile marketing and financial reports
